Mark S. Borah, DVM – Practice Owner
Dr. Borah is a native Texan who was raised on his family's dairy farm in Dallas, where he developed an interest in animal science, medicine, and surgery. He earned a bachelor's degree in Dairy Science from Texas A&M University, then went on to graduate from Texas A&M’s College of Veterinary Medicine in 1995. Dr. Borah's veterinary interests include small animal reproduction and large animal medicine.
Janet Smith, DVM – Associate Veterinarian
Dr. Smith graduated from Texas A&M’s College of Veterinary Medicine. Her veterinary interests include small ruminants, companion animals, and feline medicine.
Alison Vossmoore, MPH-VPH, DVM – Associate Veterinarian
Dr. Vossmoore graduated from Ohio State University's College of Veterinary Medicine. She's a Texas transplant who enjoys cooking, baking, and spending time in her garden. Her menagerie consists of two dogs and four cats.
Deverre – Technician
Deverre has a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in Biochemistry from the University of Texas at Tyler. She has been involved in veterinary medicine her whole life and is currently in the process of applying to vet school. Her goal is to become a mixed practice veterinarian that offers small animal reproductive services. In her free time, she enjoys painting, snow skiing, and playing pickleball.
Janie – Technician
Janie and her husband live in Liberty City, TX. She has extensive experience in both small and large animal practice. In her free time, she enjoys raising and showing Mudi.
Heather – Receptionist/Technician
Heather and her husband live in Lindale, TX. She is steady, knowledgeable, and deeply caring. Heather has been working in veterinary medicine for over 10 years.
Judy – Receptionist
Judy and her husband have lived in Tyler for over five years after relocating from the Houston area. She has worked in veterinary medicine for over 18 years. Judy enjoys reading, loves Harry Potter, and spending time in the great outdoors. She shares her life with several dogs, a cat, a cockatiel, and two ducks.
Norma – Receptionist
Norma enjoys spending time with her family and grandchildren. She also loves making custom cakes for her family and friends.
Kizz – Receptionist
Kizz and her husband have lived in the Lindale area for over 20 years. Her family includes five dogs and five cats. She loves working in veterinary medicine.
Kazlynn – Technician
Kazlynn has been with WTVC since 2020. She married her high school sweetheart and enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Her daughter and three dogs keep her busy.
Autumn – Technician
Autumn has been a technician at WTVC since 2018. She grew up in East Texas and graduated from Texas A&M Commerce with a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science.
Breanna – Technician/Kennel Tech Supervisor
Bre has lived in East Texas for most of her life and has been working in veterinary medicine for over six years. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She currently has two cats and one dog and loves taking spontaneous trips with her husband.
Veronica – Kennel Technician
Veronica has lived in Tyler for over a year. She loves the outdoors and enjoys traveling across the U.S. She currently has one cat.
Sarah – Technician
Sarah is originally from Arkansas and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from Mississippi State University. She later moved to East Texas to pursue a Master’s in cattle reproductive physiology at Texas A&M University, where she also met her husband. Outside the clinic, Sarah enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and their two dogs—Nora, a Corgi, and Ruger, an English Bulldog mix.
